Jerry Potts founded Resolute Project Professionals after more than two decades in the power and renewables industry. His professional services career followed eight years in the United States Coast Guard, including two years aboard a 210-foot cutter and six years in aviation, and a degree from UCLA.

That career gave him a clear view of where power infrastructure programs struggle most: not in the planning phase, and not during construction, but in the critical window between construction completion and the moment a system goes live. Protection systems need testing. Controls integration needs to align. SCADA cutovers need to execute without disruption. Energization needs to happen safely and on schedule.

That window is where the wrong resource becomes a schedule event. It is also where RPP focuses entirely.
